November 5 (SeeNews) - Macedonian hotel operator International Hotels AD Skopje said on Thursday its preliminary net profit fell 78% on the year to 1.29 million denars ($31,030/20,942 euro) in the first nine months of 2009.

International Hotels' stock was quoted flat at 381 denars by1220 GMT on the MSE on Thursday.
International Hotels operates the Skopje-based hotel Continental (www.contimak.com). Four foreign entities own a total of 94.06% of its share capital while the remainder is in the hands of small Macedonian shareholders. British company Kingswood Management Ltd is the majority shareholder with a 68.56% stake.
