November 4 (SeeNews) - Macedonian holding company Replek AD said on Wednesday its preliminary consolidated net profit fell by 48.5% on the year to 74.4 million denars ($1.8 million/1.2 million euro) in the first nine months of 2009.

Replek's shares, a part of the blue-chip MBI-10 index on the MSE, were trading flat at 44,500 denars by 1440 GMT on Wednesday.
Replek (www.replek.com.mk) has five subsidiaries, including drug wholesaler Replek Veledrogerija, the Replek Apteki chain of pharmacies, textile retailer and wholesaler Minerva and a do-it-yourself store which it operates in cooperation with Belgium's Hubo.
