Macedonian Cigarette Maker TKP 2007 Consolidated Net Loss Widens 11.6% Y/Y - Table

September 29 (SeeNews) - Macedonia's largest cigarette maker, Tutunski Kombinat AD Prilep, (TKP) on Monday reported a 2007 consolidated audited net loss of 2.045 billion denars ($47.75 million/33.22 million euro), up 11.6% from a year earlier.

TKP shares were quoted at 400 denars on Monday but did not trade.

TKP (www.tkprilep.com.mk) buys tobacco from central Macedonia and has the capacity to produce eight billion cigarettes per year. Its domestic competitors are Jaka Tabak, Strumica Tabak, Sokomak, Veles Tabak, Jugotutun and Mosa Pijade.
