Macedonia to sell 98% of Slavija for 451.9 mln denars (7.3 mln euro) in Dec

SKOPJE (Macedonia), December 11 (SeeNews) – Macedonia's Seized Property Management Agency said on Tuesday it would put up for sale 4,285 shares in trading company Slavija, equivalent to 98% equity, for 451.9 million denars ($9.5 million/7.3 million euro) later this month.

The price is set at 105,473 denars per share, the state-controlled agency said in a filing with the Macedonian Stock Exchange.

Auctions for the sale of the Slavija shares would be held on the Skopje bourse from December 19 to December 21.

The remainder of Slavija's total share capital in in the hands of minority shareholders.

Slavija has not been active in trading in the last two decades, generating most of its income from leasing out its retail space.
