VECER

- Ali Ahmeti, the leader of Macedonia’s ethnic Albanian party DUI, part of the governing coalition, said that the controversial Macedonian Encyclopedia may be a reason for undermining the country’s security. DUI’s vice president Rafiz Aliti said that the party's high officials are ready to back Ahmeti if he decides the party should leave the ruling coalition. DUI has six ministers in the Macedonian government, led by Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski. Macedonian Science and Art Academy has recently published a Macedonian Encyclopedia that provoked protests among ethnic Albanians who believe their community was portrayed in a negative historical context in the publication.

DNEVNIK

- Macedonian Postal Agency said that global consulting agency KPMG was selected as the best bidder in a tender for drafting a model for a partial privatization of the state-owned postal service operator Makedonska Posta. The draft study should be concluded within six months.

UTRINSKI VESNIK

- Macedonian Securities Commission said it has permanently lifted the license of the Publikum brokerage house, as it failed to appoint its director within a legal time frame.
