VECER

- Several foreign companies have shown interest in becoming Macedonia's new flag carrier after the fleet of Macedonian Air Transport (MAT) was grounded several months ago, Civil Aviation Administration’s director Zoran Krstevski said, adding that Turkish Airlines is emerging as the most serious candidate.

DNEVNIK

- Ten foreign dairies, including France's Lactalis and Croatia’s Dukat, are interested in acquiring Macedonia’s Swedmilk dairy, Swedmilk’s court-appointed administrator said. Some of them are expected to file an official bid for the Macedonian dairy by the end of October. A Skopje court launched a bankruptcy procedure for Swedmilk over debts of 32 million euro in January.
