DNEVNIK

-  The European Commission’s recommendation for launching entry talks with EU-aspiring Macedonia should encourage the country to settle the name dispute with neighboring Greece as soon as possible, the Commission’s president Jose Manuel Barroso said.

VECER

- Macedonian Deputy Prime Minister for EU Integration Vasko Naumovski said the pre-accession negotiations with the EU usually last 3 to 5 years, but Macedonia will need less time, considering the fast progress of the country and the reforms it has made so far.

VREME

- Macedonia's state budget will need a third revision this year, after the Public Revenue Office announced an annual drop of 10.2% in tax revenue collection for the first nine months, according to experts.
