SKOPJE (Macedonia), November 11 (SeeNews) – Following are some of the main stories carried by online versions of Macedonian media on Wednesday morning. SeeNews has not verified these reports and cannot vouch for their accuracy.
- Macedonia and Croatia have no pending issues, but should improve further their economic relations, the prime ministers of both countries, Nikola Gruevski and Jadranka Kosor, said on Tuesday. Macedonia invited Croatian businessmen to invest in the country, offering them equal treatment with domestic investors.
- Macedonian lead and zinc mine Sasa was closed on Tuesday due to flooding caused by heavy rains.
- Investments in infrastructure and education, as well as further development of the telecommunications sector are essential for Macedonia’s economic growth in the next few years, Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov said in his address at the American Chamber of Commerce in Macedonia (AmCham).
