Most recently, Andrey Matyuhov was general manager of Lukoil Lubricants Central Asia, Lukoil Bulgaria said in an e-mailed statement.

The change is part of a planned rotation of managerial staff within Russian oil producer Lukoil, Lukoil Bulgaria told SeeNews in an e-mailed statement.

Subaev, who was appointed general manager of Lukoil Bulgaria last year, will take the position of managing director of both Lukoil Belgium and Lukoil Netherlands, according to the statement.
