Some 85% of the new space is currently let to international and Romanian tenants, Logicor said in a press release on Wednesday.

The Bucharest II Logistics Park now consists of two buildings with a total area of 39,000 sq m.

"Logicor Bucharest II Logistics Park is sustainably developed and well-located, enabling our customers to service the Bucharest Northern and Eastern areas," asset management director of Logicor's Romanian branch Mihai Diaconescu said.

"With the current demand of quality logistics property continuing to outpace supply, we are looking forward to delivering the additional c. 25,000 sqm of space in 2023."

Logicor is one of the largest owners and operators of modern logistics and distribution properties in Europe. As at end-June, the company owned a portfolio of 591 properties with a lettable area of 13.4
million sq m located in key European logistics markets. Logicor is headquartered in London and Luxembourg.

In Romania, Logicor Romania’s portfolio exceeds 260,000 sq m of A-class warehouse space of which some 82,225 sq m were developed and delivered over the past 12 months.
