April 10 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) closed in negative territory on Wednesday, with pharmaceutical company Krka [LJE:KRKG] pacing the blue-chip decliners, bourse data showed.
Krka's shares ended the session at 124.50 euro, down 1.97%, LJSE data showed. Krka also generated the largest single turnover on the stock exchange, of 1.3 million euro.
Port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] led the blue-chip gainers to close up on Wednesday. Its share price grew 0.57% to 35.20 euro.
The blue-chip SBITOP index ended at 1,448.68 points, down 0.92%. The SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also dropped 0.92%, to 1,960.52 points.
Total daily regulated market turnover went up to 4.7 million euro ($5.0 million) on Wednesday from 2.9 million euro on Tuesday.
