The blue-chip SBITOP index rose 0.22%, closing at 1,227.85, and the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, added 0.22% to 1,639.58 points, LJSE data showed.
Reinsurer Sava Re [LJE:POSR] and lender Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) [LJE:NLBR] were the leading gainers among the members of the two indices. Sava Re's shares closed at 25.40 euro on Thursday, up 1.60%, whereas NLB's shares rose 1.18% to 85.40 euro.
Pharmaceutical company Krka [LJE:KRKG] was also the most liquid company on the bourse on Tuesday, as its shares generated a turnover of 455,925 euro. Krka was the only loser among the blue chips, as its share price fell 0.92% to 108.0 euro.
LJSE's total turnover grew to 1.1 million euro ($1.2 million) on Tuesday from 989,614 euro on Monday.
