Bulgaria's Varna is the third most popular short-haul destination from Gatwick between August 26 and 28, the airport operator said in a statement earlier this week.
The Gatwick-Ljubljana and Gatwick-Varna routes are serviced by easyJet, while Pristina and Gatwick are connected by Germania.
Overall, Gatwick expects to see 631,000 passengers over the three-day period, with 304,000 departing passengers.
Gatwick is the UK’s second largest airport. It serves more than 228 destinations in 74 countries for 45 million passengers a year on short and long-haul point-to-point services.
