Ljubljana bourse indices sink further, Sava leads losers

September 8 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) fell for a seventh trading day in a row on Thursday, with reinsurer Pozavarovalnica Sava [LJE:POSR] pacing the blue-chip decliners, bourse data showed.

Sava's shares lost 1.89% to close at 20.80 euro on Thursday, LJSE bourse data showed.

Insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] lead the gainers, with shares advancing 0.85% to 35.80 euro.

The blue-chip SBITOP index ended 0.61% lower at 1,062.67 points, while the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, fell 0.58% to 1,330.94 points on Thursday.

Total daily regulated marker turnover dropped to 1.1 million euro ($1.1 million) on Thursday from 1.3 million euro on Wednesday.

Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] booked the largest turnover - of 501,202 euro. Its shares closed 1.27% lower at 93.40 euro.
