Ljubljana Bourse Expands Price Ranges Triggering Halts in Trading in Sava, Aerodrom Ljubljana

As of October 8 there will be a temporary restoration of the 20% restriction from the 10% restriction in shares of Sava and Aerodrom Ljubljana, the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) said in a statement posted on its website.

The decision was made in order to end the market imbalance, it added.

Shares in blue chip Sava lost 3.16% to an average price of 284.17 euro ($388) and Aerodrom Ljubljana tumbled 9.16% to 50.27 euro in morning trade on Wednesday. Shares in Aerodrom Ljubljana are part of the broader 15-share SBI20 index of the LJSE.

The blue chip SBITOP index of the LJSE sank 6.57% to 1,182.77 and the SBI20 index plunged 7.14% to 5,284.07 by 0950 GMT on Wednesday.
