Ljubljana Bourse Expands Price Ranges Triggering Halts in Trading in Mercator to 20%

November 5 (SeeNews) - The Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) said on Wednesday it has expanded to 20% from 10% the price ranges triggering halts in trading in blue-chip food retailer Mercator.

The LJSE expanded the ranges, effective as of Wednesday, due to market imbalance, the bourse said in a statement published on its website.

Mercator’s shares surged 9.91% to an average price of 209.80 euro ($272) in morning trade on Wednesday on the LJSE.
