Kosovo's unemployment falls to 10.7% in Q2 ‘23

The unemployment rate in the April-June 2023 was 18.7% among women and 7.2% among men, ASK said in a labour force survey last week.

The jobless rate in the 15-24 years age bracket narrowed to 16.2% in the review period, from 18.6% in same period in 2022.

The employment rate among people aged 15 to 64 years decreased to 12.6% in 2022, from 20.7% in the previous year, ASK has said.

Kosovo has a population of around 1.79 million.
