Kosovo’s Pristina airport Q3 passenger numbers rise 45% q/q, up 10.1% y/y

PRISTINA (Kosovo), November 16 (SeeNews) – The number of passengers handled by the Pristina International Airport in the third quarter rose by 45% from the previous quarter to 529,968, Kosovo’s statistics agency said on Friday.

Year-on-year, the number of passengers handled by the Pristina airport rose by 10.1% in the third quarter of 2012, the statistics agency said on its website.

The number of flights serviced at the airport increased to 2,197 in the July-September period from 1,648 in the previous quarter.The airport serviced 2,103 flights in the third quarter of last year.
