The company won in a price-based contest, with its contract value being lower than the estimated 2 million euro budget, the municipality said in a signed contract notice.

Construction should be completed within 300 days, tender documents showed earlier.

Established in 2005, Olti Trasing engages in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings, as well as the processing and preservation of various food products, including meat, poultry, fish, fruits, vegetables, oils, fats, dairy, cereals, and pharmaceuticals.
