The outstanding loan portfolio of Kosovo's banks totalled 4.83 billion euro at the end of October, up 13.3% year-on-year, the central bank said in a monthly data release last week.
Deposits with Kosovo's banks rose by 11.1% on the year in October, reaching 5.9 billion euro.
Kosovo's banking system's total assets increased by 11% to 7.17 billion euro as at the end of October.
The figures comprise the financial results of eleven banks. Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo and NLB Banka were the largest among them in terms of assets by the end of the third quarter, according to Kosovo’s banking association.
