Komercijalna tops turnover list on Belgrade bourse, share indices rise

BELGRADE (Serbia), November 9 (SeeNews) - Lender Komercijalna banka [BEL:KMBN] generated the highest turnover and led the blue-chip gainers' list on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Monday, as stock indices ended up, bourse data showed.

A total of 1,051 Komercijalna banka shares changed hands in turnover of 3.2 million dinars. Komercijalna banka closed up 1.85% at 3,034 dinars.

The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session up 0.73% at 710.61 points.

The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed up 0.36% at 1,516.98.

The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 203.3 million dinars ($2.1 million/1.7 million euro) on Monday, up from 12.6 million dinars on Friday, as 73 transactions were carried out.

Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 276,300 dinars.

Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 197.7 million dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Monday.
