March 30 (SeeNews) - Kaufland Bulgaria said on Thursday that it will invest over 20 million levs ($11.1 million/10.23 million euro) in the modernisation of 13 hypermarkets in 2023.
The company continues to implement its One Stop Shopping concept aimed at the gradual transformation of its chain stores into comprehensive shopping centres, Kaufland Bulgaria said in an emailed statement.
Over the past two years, the company has invested 40 million levs in implementing its plan. Currently, there are over 500 commercial establishments in its 63 hypermarkets and their parking lots in the country. These range from pharmacies, bill payments points and pet shops to shoe stores and restaurants.
