Kastrati's petrol station in Durres gets 300 kW PV plant

April 16 (SeeNews) - Albanian solar array provider Vega Solar said on Tuesday it has completed the installation of a 300 kW photovoltaic (PV) power plant at the rooftop of a petrol station of local business group Kastrati.

As many as 428 photovoltaic panels and five high-efficiency inverters have been installed at the petrol station situated in Durres, Vega Solar's general manager Kostandin Duka said in a social media post. Financial details of the project were not disclosed.

Kastrati, founded in 1991, engages in various industries, including retail and wholesale trade of hydrocarbon products, insurance, construction and infrastructure development, tourism, and wholesale of automobiles, according to its website.
