In Romania, Jumbo's sales added an annual 10% in April and 12% in the first four months of 2024.

For the four months through April 2023, the Jumbo group booked a 25% yearly jump in sales, with sales in Bulgaria leaping 24% and sales in Romania growing 20%, according to an earlier statement.

The company will propose a dividend of 1 euro ($1.08) per share, representing 45% of the group's 2023 net profit, at its annual general meeting scheduled for May 22.
