December 17 (SeeNews) - Foreign direct investment (FDI) in Macedonia fell by an annual 67.7% to 103.4 million euro ($148.7 million) in the first nine months of the year, central bank data indicated on Thursday.

Macedonia's government has said it expects the FDI inflow to slow down this year due to the global economic crisis. In 2008, FDI in Macedonia fell by 18.5% to 412.5 million euro.
