The net loan portfolio of IuteCredit Albania amounted to 72.4 million euro at the end of 2023, up 28.1% from a year earlier, IuteCredit said in an annual financial statement earlier this week.

IuteCredit established its business in Albania in 2015, chiefly focused on offering short-maturity consumer loans, according to the country’s trade register. In December, IuteCredit Albania announced the expansion of its operations beyond lending activities, adding consumer finances, payment services and insurance.

Elsewhere in Southeast Europe, IuteCredit has subsidiaries in Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Moldova, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
