“We consider the business here extremely promising and we want to invest in its development,” Enriko Zobele, the company's president, said in a statement released on Tuesday.
The factory, which covers an area of 4,000 square metres, will double its area by the end of the year and will increase its staff to 250 from 160 now, it added.
Zobele Group will invest a further 2.0 million levs in its Bulgarian unit next year. It expects annual output of 40 million products, mainly air-fresheners, and sales of 35 million euro for next year, the statement said.
