Italy’s Nusco to invest 17 mln euro in office building in Bucharest - media

BUCHAREST (Romania), October 5 (SeeNews) – Italian group Nusco will invest around 17 million euro ($22.1 million) in an office building in Romania’s capital, Bucharest-based media reported on Friday.

The company will start the construction of the 18,000 square meter building at the end of the year and will complete it in 18 months, financial daily Ziarul Financiar (www.zf.ro) reported, quoting Nusco CEO Michele Nusco.

Nusco added the company will borrow 10 million euro from two banks and will source the remainder from own funds.
