Internet co Dir.bg delists from Sofia bourse

SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 22 (SeeNews) – The operator of the Sofia bourse said on Monday it has discontinued trading in the shares issued by internet company Dir.bg [BUL:6DI] as a result of the company's delisting.

A total of 4,614,813 voting shares with a par value of 1.0 lev ($0.63/0.51 euro) each have stopped trading, the bourse operator said in a statement published on its website.

Last week, Dir.bg said it had been fully acquired by Logo-Company as a result of a buyout process. The company said at the time it would be delisted from the bourse.
