Industrial Holding Bulgaria leads blue-chip decliners, all indices fall

SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 3 (SeeNews) – Industrial Holding Bulgaria [BUL:4ID] was the top blue-chip decliner on Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data showed on Tuesday.

Industrial Holding Bulgaria closed 2.88% lower at 1.010 levs ($0.606/0.515 euro) as 4,400 units changed hands.

Software developer Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SKK] was most traded blue-chip on Tuesday, as 34,760 shares changed hands at an average price of 1.109 levs.

Car battery manufacturer Monbat [BUL:5MB] was the only blue-chip gainer on Tuesday, closing 1.07% higher at 11.219 levs.

Total trading turnover on the Sofia bourse dropped to 275,900 levs on Tuesday from 383,600 levs on Monday.

The blue-chip SOFIX index decreased 1.03% to 680.67 points, after falling 0.05% on Monday.

The broader BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the BSE, decreased 0.52% to 132.99 points, after falling 0.48% on Monday.

The BG-REIT index, which tracks the performance of real estate investment trusts, fell 0.42% to 114.85 points on Tuesday. On Monday, the index closed 0.40% higher.

The BG TotalReturn30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, fell 0.54% to 553.03 points, following a 0.58% decrease on Monday.
