December 17 (SeeNews) - Hungarian oil and gas company MOL named on Thursday Szabolcs Ferencz as its new country chairman for Romania, MOL Romania said.

Hungary’s MOL Names New Country Chairman for Romania

Romanian-born Szabolcs Ferencz, who would replace Zsolt Szalay as of January 1, has been working for MOL since 2003, MOL Romania said in a statement. He was also appointed as MOL's new country retail manager in Romania.

MOL Romania is a fuel retail company that operated a network of 134 filling stations across the country as of May this year. It is part of MOL Plc., international integrated oil and gas company in central and eastern Europe, headquartered in Budapest. The company has operations in Europe, the Middle East, the CIS states and Africa.
