Construction works on the Gold Plaza mall started a few months ago and are progressing according to plan. The centre is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2009, Futureal Group said in a statement on its website (www.futureal.hu).

The project, which will deliver 30,000 square metres of gross lettable area, is financed by Hungary’s MKB bank. More than half of the retail space has already been pre-leased.
