November 28 (SeeNews) - Croatian telecommunications giant Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] said its subsidiary HT Holding has agreed to sell tourist company E-tours to local tour operator Uniline.

The financial terms of the deal remained undisclosed.
The divestment is in line with the telecom's strategy of restructuring its non-core business.
HT purchased E-tours in 2006. It specialises in the sale of airplane tickets and organisation of corporate travel, which account for around half of its revenue.
