Hrvatski Telekom repurchases 1,313 own shares

September 27 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Friday it held 412,793 of its own shares as of September 27, representing 0.508243% of the company's issued share capital.

Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 1,313 of its shares at 163 kuna ($24.0/22.0 euro) apiece on September 25, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).

Its share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without nominal value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.

Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded up 2.43% at 168.5 kuna by 1146 CET on ZSE on Friday, after closing up 0.92% on Thursday.
