Hotel project Rivijera Kristal kicks off in Montenegro’s Petrovac - media

The hotel, a joint investment project of the two local hotel operators, Budvanska Rivijera and Euromix Trade, will feature 180 rooms, a wellness center and a congress hall, daily Pobjeda (www.pobjeda.me) reported over the weekend, quoting Euromix Trade director Milos Perovic.

German investment fund DEG has provided a 13 million euro loan to co-finance the project.

The construction works should be completed at the beginning of 2015.
