Hotel in Bulgarian coastal town Kiten put up for sale

SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 5 (SeeNews) – A private enforcement agent has put up for sale a hotel in the Bulgarian coastal town of Kiten with a starting price set at 1.6 million levs ($1.1 million/818,000 euro), a public notice indicated on Friday.

Bids for the hotel property with total built-up area of 973 square meters can be placed until November 8, while the winner will be announced on the following day, the notice published on the website of the Bulgarian Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents showed.

Kiten is located on Bulgaria’s southern Black Sea coast.
