Holcim's 9-mo cement sales fall 11.6% in Croatia, down 7.5% in Serbia

November 7 (SeeNews) - The cement and clinker sales volume of Swiss building materials producer Holcim fell by 11.6% on the year in Croatia and by 7.5% in Serbia in the first nine months of 2012, the company said on Wednesday.

Domestic cement prices fell by 0.7% year-on-year in Croatia in the nine months through September, while in Serbia prices increased by 16.0%, Holcim said in a statement posted on its website.
