Haden sells minority stake in Bosnia's Bosnalijek for 8.7 mln euro

SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), December 19 (SeeNews) – Luxembourg-based Haden SA has sold part of its holdings in Bosnian drug maker Bosnalijek [SAJ:BSNLR] for 17 million marka ($9.7 million/8.7 million euro), Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE) data showed.

The sale was carried out at an extraordinary auction on SASE, with 903,769 Bosnalijek shares changing hands at 18.85 marka each, bourse data showed.

The name of the buyer has not been announced yet.

According to SASE data, Bosnalijek's share capital is divided into 9.037 million shares of 10 marka in par value each. This puts the size of the sold stake at some 10%.

Haden was the largest single shareholder in Bosnalijek with a 25.95% stake as of December 13, followed by KBC Euro Credit Capital with 23.67% and Libya's Economic and Social Development Fund with 7.60%, bourse data showed.

Outside the auction, Bosnalijek shares closed 0.15% higher at 18.71 marka on Thursday.
