Greece's Elmec Sport Enters Moldova

Elmec Sport set up a subsidiary in Moldova, named ICS ELMEC SPORT SRL. The subsidiary is fully owned by the company’s Romanian unit, Elmec Romania SRL, Elmec Sport said in a statement.

"The initial commercial activity of the new company will be the operation of retail shops. In detail, the new company will operate three stores of 500 square meters in total with brands that are already included in the portfolio of retail activity of Elmec Romania SRL," the company said.

Elmec Romania, set up in 1999, is a distributor of Nike, Calvin Klein, CK Jeans, Miss Sixty and Pepe Jeans London branded products.
