Germany's Muehlbauer to build battery machinery plant in Serbia

The factory will cover 9,572 square metres, the Stara Pazova local government said in project documentation last week.

Serbia’s economy ministry said in December 2022 that the investment will be worth 29.5 million euro ($31.6 million) and a total of 150 workers will be employed at the factory.

Established in 1981, Muehlbauer has facilities in the US, Germany, Slovakia, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Malaysia and China. The group's main markets are mainly European countries and the US.
