German investor to open 50 mln euro shopping centre in Belgrade in spring 2013

November 7 (SeeNews) - Austria's Kramer Wagner Illmaier said on Wednesday the 50 million euro ($65 million) Stadion shopping centre it is currently developing in Belgrade should open for business in the spring of 2013.

The investor in the project is German national Claas Daun, the owner of textile company Daun&Cie, Kramer Wagner Illmaier said in a statement.

The shopping centre will have an area of 75,000 square meters (sq m), including 30,000 sq m of retail space. It will also comprise a rooftop football pitch with seating for 5,000 and two underground levels with total parking space for over 1,000 cars.
