November 24 (SeeNews) - Generali Investments Slovenia, the manager of Generali Growth Equity Fund, signed an agreement to sell its stakes in Generali Investments GP 1, Generali Investments GP2, and Generali Investments CP to private equity fund Alfi PE, it said.
The transaction will not change Generali Investments Slovenia's policy nor will have any impact on the fund's investors, it said in a statement on Wednesday.

Financial details about the sale were not disclosed.
To close the transaction, approvals of the relevant bodies of the fund and regulatory authorisations must be obtained, Generali Investments Slovenia said.
Generali Growth Equity Fund, a private equity fund, invests in small and medium-sized companies with strong growth potential, offering them support for growth financing, capacity expansion, sales network building and new product development as well as the acquisition of competitors and management of succession matters.
The investment portfolio of Generali Growth Equity Fund consists of investee companies demonstrating a sustainability focus, a high level of development, keeping up with the latest trends, and extraordinary growth potential.
