The investment was made by Mirova in Hyperion Energy Investments, a company that invests in renewable energy projects in Iberia and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), PeliPartners said in a press release.
The investment is intended to support Hyperion's initiatives in the field of renewable energy, particularly in Romania, where the portfolio includes multiple companies developing photovoltaic projects with a total capacity of over 200 MW.
The firm also assisted in the negotiation of the investment agreement and the securing of all necessary regulatory approvals, including FDI clearance.
