The highest-priced offer, of 3.15 million levs, was placed by Aqua Construction Group, while the bid with the lowest price, of 1.94 million levs, was submitted by a consortium between Parsec Group and Eco-Hydro-90, the government agency said in a statement on Wednesday.
The project includes removing the existing bridge, which is located on the road connecting the village of Popovitsa with the town of Asenovgrad, and preparing a technical design for the new facility.
The design works, divided into three stages, have a term of 90 days, while construction should take up to 300 days.
The RIA has simultaneously launched a tender to oversee the construction of the new bridge, it said.
