Four foreign cos approach Serbian edible oil producer in Krusevac – media

Fabrika Ulja located in the central town of Krusevac is in a phase of restructuring and could be put up for sale again in early 2013, the company’s director, Nebojsa Radenkovic said on Wednesday as quoted by Beta (www.beta.rs).

The restructuring should be completed by end-January 2013, when new valuation of the company should be made, Radenkovic said.

This would be the third privatisation attempt of the troubled oil producer after two of them failed in 2002 and 2003, data from the Serbian Privatisation agency showed.
