May 27 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's Serb Republic attracted 23,917 foreign tourists in April, down 6.3% compared to the same month of 2023, the entity's statistical office said on Monday.
Foreign tourists spent 57,701 overnights in the Serb Republic last month, which represents an annual increase of 4.8%, the Serb Republic's statistical office said in a monthly statement.
Most foreign tourists who visited the Serb Republic in April came from Serbia (9,860), followed by tourists from Croatia (3,263), and 2,745 tourists from Slovenia.
The total number of tourists in the entity fell 3.8% on the year to 39,417 in April. The overall number of overnights rose 6.2% to 97,173.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
