The number of overnights spent by foreign tourists in North Macedonia rose 21.4% year-on-year to 73,300 in March, Makstat said in a statement.
Out of the total number of foreign tourists who visited North Macedonia in March, 16.3% came from Turkey, 12.9% from Greece and 9.4% from Serbia.
Domestic tourists numbered 18,426 in March, up 19.3% compared with the like month the year before, as they spent 41,315 overnights, up 19.3% on the year.
