The total number of tourists who stayed in the country in October increased by an annual 48.7% to 116,962, data from the country's statistical office showed.
Visitors from Germany accounted for 14.9% of all overnights in October, followed by tourists from China with an 11.1% share, the United Kingdom with 6.1%, Israel with 5.7% and Russia with 5.1%.
Seaside resorts accounted for 83.4% of all overnight stays, followed by the country's capital with 9.9%, mountain resorts with 3.5% and other tourist resorts with 3.2%.
