Foreign tourist arrivals to Bosnia up 27% y/y in Oct

December 6 (SeeNews) - A total of 115,553 foreign tourists visited Bosnia and Herzegovina in October, compared with 91,127 in the same month of 2022, official figures showed on Wednesday.

Foreign tourists spent 224,850 overnights in Bosnia in October, up 24.7% on the year, Bosnia's Agency for Statistics said in a monthly report.

The total number of tourists who visited the country in October was 165,794, up 15.2% on the year.

Total tourist overnights increased 11.4% to 326,818.

In October most foreign visitors to Bosnia and Herzegovina came from Croatia (15,583), and Turkey (14,716), followed by tourists from Serbia (13,337) and Slovenia (10,520).
