Foreign cruise ship journeys to Croatia increase y/y in Jan-Oct

December 6 (SeeNews) - A total of 82 foreign cruise ships made 604 journeys to Croatian seaports in the first 10 months of this year, slightly higher compared to the same period of 2022 when 80 cruises visited the Adriatic country on 598 journeys, the country's statistical office said on Wednesday.

There were 822,240 passengers on board the cruise ships that visited Croatia in January-October, up from 595,933 ones in the same period of 2022, the statistical office said in a monthly report.

In the 10 months through October, foreign cruise ships on journeys to Croatia visited the port of Dubrovnik 445 times, Split followed with 278 visits, Zadar registered 152 visits, Hvar 105, Korcula had 93 visits, Sibenik 83 and Rovinj 57 ones.
